Outdoor gym gear in a box you open with your phone.
Stone & Dice Inc. builds lockable gym boxes for parks, apartment buildings and public spaces. Kettlebells, dumbbells and bands, right where people already train outside.
How it works
- Find a box near you on the map in the app.
- Unlock it with your phone, standing right next to it.
- Take the gear you need and lock the box again.
- Train, put everything back, lock the box. You pay for the time you used.
Each box carries a solar-powered smart lock that talks to the app over Bluetooth and to our server over the mobile network, so we always know whether a box is locked and in good shape.
Where we are
Our first box is in testing in Los Angeles, with a small group of beta users. If you run a park, a residential building or a gym space and want a box on site, we would love to hear from you.
